¿What is the enviromental footprint?

Fecha: 19/11/2022

The ecological footprint or environmental footprint is a way of measuring our negative impact on the planet. It is the ecologically productive area necessary to produce the resources consumed by an individual, as well as that necessary to absorb the waste generated by them, and, internationally, it is also used as an indicator of sustainability at the country level (Source: Climate consulting).

Some ways to reduce our personal ecological footprint are:

💚 Reduce our energy consumption
💙 Reduce our water consumption
💚 Reduce our consumption of pollutants such as single-use plastic
💙 Recycle and reuse
